WE OFFER A 14-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. VALID FOR SIZE ISSUES, DAMAGED PRODUCTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED. ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS.
02. REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS WHERE REPLACEMENTS ARE UNAVAILABLE. APPROVED REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS VIA YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
03. NON-RETURNABLE
WORN OR WASHED PRODUCTS, ITEMS WITHOUT TAGS, OR PRODUCTS DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY DO NOT QUALIFY. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

05. SHIPPING COSTS
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES UNLESS THE ITEM RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
